Listen to Sunday's Sermon Here

The great antidote to anxiety is to come to God in prayer. We are to pray about everything. Nothing is too big for Him to handle, and nothing is too small to escape His attention.

News & Notes

Karras Family Welcome and Dedication
We warmly welcome the Karras Family as they have chosen to become members of the Redeeming Grace family. We are blessed recipients of their desire to grow in the Lord and their commitment to the Body of Christ. Matt and Eula also dedicated their sweet Amelia to the Lord Sunday morning. Let us continually pray for this family as they raise their daughter to love and serve the Lord; as well as having the grace, wisdom, and strength to train her up in the fear and admonition of our great God!

Spring Greetings from the Blackwells
Scott and Deanna Blackwell (and Jocelyn and Eden) thank you all for living with open hands and for coming alongside them. 'We couldn't do it without you! We really are so grateful for this opportunity and are excited to see how God will reap the Glory for it all!'  Click here for more of the Blackwell Family's latest update.

Youth Father/Son Campout
Save the date for a Youth Group Father/Son Campout May 17-18. More details to come!

Straight Shot Evangelism
Dave Newell will be teaching a one day evangelism class Saturday, May 25.  We are praying God uses this equipping opportunity to help each of us invest in others and Invite them to Jesus this Summer and Fall.  There is a $5 suggested donation for each registrant to help cover lunch.  Please register even if you are unable to pay; we want you to participate regardless of your ability to contribute! Please register here.

Discipleship Group (D Group)
The final D Group meeting is this Sunday, May 5.  Each month, Jenn and Paul Forino have gathered together with the youth (ages 12+), discussing the book, Growing up Christian.  This book is a unique resource that addresses the many issues that challenge teens growing up in a Christian environment. Packed full of practical suggestions, this book will help teens overcome these dangers and grow in their faith and love for God.  Please read the next chapter before the meeting.  If you don't have it read, please come anyway.  Don't forget to bring a paper bag lunch, or grab something at a local eatery.

Recommended Resource

This week's recommended resource is Glimpses of Grace; Treasuring the Gospel in Your Home by Gloria Furman.

Changing diapers, folding laundry, visiting the pediatrician...the life of the average stay-at-home mom is filled with countless mundane yet exhausting tasks. Seeking to inspire a "renewed gospel-cheerfulness" among women faithfully serving God in their homes, pastor's wife and mother Furman highlights the reality of God's grace in all areas of life.

Available online or in our resource center.
Let's prepare our hearts for worship throughout the week by meditating on the songs we will sing and the Scripture we will study together on Sunday morning.

Read Ahead:
Luke 6:12
Each week we will have a new verse to meditate on and seek to commit to memory in 2024.  Whether or not you're able to memorize them, please read and meditate on a verse each week - having God's Word in our hearts and minds will have a transformative effect. Click here to view the list of verses and a few different resources to help you get started. This week's verse is:

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.

Romans 8:28
